KOBOLD, represented locally by Instrotech, has on offer their type PMP differential pressure sensor, specifically designed for monitoring filters for air or non-corrosive/aggressive gases, that measures the pressure difference before and after the filter chamber. The compact microprocessor controlled unit is housed in a robust plastic casing with an enclosure class of IP65. Two hose connections allow for easy connection to the process before and after the filter.
The measuring range runs from 0 to 50 mbar. The measuring principle used registers even tiny pressure differences with great accuracy. The sensor is extremely safe against overloads up to 750 mbar. One 4 ... 20 mA analogue output and two relay outputs are available for the output of signals. The ‘easy to operate’ electronics offer a large range of settings, which means that the relays, their time delay, the hysteresis as well as the analogue signal are freely programmable. A four-digit LED display provides ‘on the spot’ direct information.
