Ultrasonic sensor for remote water level measurement

Instrotech has the Senix ToughSonic CHEM range of ultrasonic sensors, in service around the world in some of the most demanding and corrosive industrial environments. They measure a wide variety of materials including diesel fuel levels in rail locomotives and levels of liquid chemicals in the paper and food processing industries. Senix ToughSonic CHEM sensors are also used in object detection and other non-liquid level applications where corrosive gasses are present.

World's first pyrometer with automatic spot finder function for OEM’s OPTRIS Xi series

Instrotech offers the latest in Optris infrared innovation, the Xi series, a fusion between a robust, compact pyrometer and an advanced IR camera. The integrated spot finder function enables accurate temperature measurements in moving objects without having to readjust the sensor. Sensor adjustment takes place autonomously, that is, without having to establish a connection with a PC. In addition to a direct 0/4-20 mA analog output, the devices also offer users digital interfaces such as Ethernet or RS-485. An external processing interface permits the further processing of up to nine (9) freely definable analog outputs, making it ideal for OEM applications.

Electronic position indicator for absolute spindle adjustments with integrated Industrial Ethernet interface

Instrotech is pleased to announce the availability of the new Siko AP20 position indicator, ideally equipped to detect the position of spindle adjustments in machines. The Siko AP20 position indicator displays the corresponding positional data to the operator and passes it on to the machine control system. Simple system integration in combination with modern interfaces is all that is required. On the one hand, this ensures the shortest possible downtimes, on the other the interfaces provide loss-free data communication between the position indicator and the machine control system.
