The Kobold SZM is particularly suited for use in the food industry (oil & milk), water treatment and the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Following the principle of communicating tubes, the liquid level in the glass tube of the device corresponds to the level in the respective containers.

The measuring length can be selected between 370 mm and 3080 mm. Process connections are usually flanges (for example DN 15 to DN 50), but can also be obtained with union nuts (G½, ½" NPT). The Kobold SZMr can be provided with capacitive sensors to monitor one or a series of defined levels.
