Optris imaging systems are uncooled forward-looking infrared (FLIR) thermal imaging cameras optimized for stationary use. These FLIR cameras have an uncooled two-dimensional imaging detector that creates radiometric thermal images in the infrared wavelength range without utilizing mechanical rotating or oscillating moving mirrors. The uncooled bolometer technology strengthens a more reliable, inexpensive, and robust design, especially compared to traditional line scanner applications. Furthermore, these infrared cameras boast the capability to autonomously seek thermal hot spots, enhancing their utility and efficiency in various monitoring and inspection tasks. Our FLIR infrared cameras are designed, developed, and manufactured in Germany.

Featuring USB as its primary interface, the Optris Xi 640 facilitates seamless connection to computers at a 32 Hz frame rate.
