The Series 46 X combines the ceramic measuring cell for low pressure ranges with the μP-elec- tronics of the digital Series 30 pressure transmitters. The signal values of the pressure- and temperature sensors are determined by a polynomial compensation1). The values can be shown and stored on a PC and can be reprogrammed. A reference tube integrated in the cable connects the referential chamber of the sensor with the ambient pressure.

The DCX-16 is an autonomous, battery-powered data collector in a stainless steel housing with a very small diameter of only 16 mm. The housing and the pressure sensor element are completely welded in, so sealing rings are eliminated at this point. In applications where a small probe diameter is an advantage, the logger can record the water level (pressure) and the temperature over long periods. As well as the battery compartment with its double seal, the small-diameter (16 mm) submersible sensor includes electronic circuitry featuring the latest microprocessor technology. It records the pressure and temperature of the medium with high measurement accuracy and resolu-tion, and it uses a mathematical model to correct any linearity or temperature errors made by the pressure sensor. High data reliability is guaranteed thanks to the use of a nonvolatile data memory The various configuration options allow the data logger to be adapted to the measuring point so that only specified events will be detected and stored. Event-controlled recording and loginterval recording can be set independently of one another. In addition, installation data and comments on the measuring point can be stored in the logger. Installation is fast and simple with fixing disks of various sizes which can be fitted as options: these match locking units (caps) from different manufacturers for levels of 1” or more (2” or more with light plummet aperture), so measuring points can be implemented at a fraction of the previous cost. Three versions of the data collector are available: DCX-16 The sensor, electronics and battery are accommodated in one housing. To extract data, the data collector must be removed from the measuring point, and the watertight screw cap that allows access to the read-out plug /interface must be unscrewed. The DCX-16 operates with an absolute pressure sensor. In shallow water, when the influence of air pressure fluctuations has to be taken into account, a second logger (barometric logger, obtainable separately) positioned on the surface of the water must be used to record the air pressure progression. The computer software then calculates the differential pressure or the water level by subtracting the two measured data.

The compact LEO2-Ei digital manometers are budget-friendly and provide high accuracy. The minimum or maximum value since the last reset can be displayed at the same time as the current pressure value in a wide variety of units of pressure. The swivel adapter allows the device to be optimally positioned. Power is supplied by a conventional CR2430 coin cell battery (provided).

The DPM5004 LED load cell indicator is an easy-to-use precision programmable digital indicator for load cell & strain gauge applications. Inputs to the instrument include load cell input (6 wire) and two digital inputs for remote tare and remote peak hold reset (optional). The excitation includes sense feedback to compensate for cable voltage loss. Digital filtering for better stability and tare function is included as standard. Options include programmableanalogue output, set-points (up to four alarms), peak or valley hold, RS-232/485 serial interfaces & more. The DPM5004 has additional features. The pressure test pump LR-Cal LPP 08 is used to generate pressure and vacuum for checking, adjusting and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments by comparative measurements in the low-pressure and vacuum range. The pressure tests may be carried out in laboratories, workshops or on-site at the measuring point.
If the instrument to be tested and a sufficiently accurate reference measuring instrument are connected up to the pressure test pump, the same pressure is applied to the two measuring instruments when the pump is operated. By comparing the two measure values at random pressure values, the accuracy can be verified or the unit under test can be adjusted.
The LR-Cal LPP 08 is a pneumatic pressure test pump for low-pressure ranges up to 8 bar with a change-over switch to vacuum down to -850 mbar. Despite its compact dimensions, the pressure test pump is easy to operate and allows for the exact generation of the required test pressures. The maximum pressure or vacuum achievable depends on the attached test volume. The smooth-running pressure generation and the integrated fine adjustment valve allow a safe and precise setting of very small positive resp. negative pressure values in the range of mbar.
The unit under test and the reference instrument can be easily connected with the supplied accessories.

The DPM9006 is a miniature space saving 92mm x 92mm x 26mm DIN rail mount AC voltage or current programmable transmitter. The unit can accept voltages up to 500Vac/dc and currents up to 5Aac/dc, and converts them to an isolated 0-10V, 0-20mA or 4-20mA output. Configuration / programming of the unit is accomplished by using a notebook computer or a desktop PC using user-friendly software available from our website. This transmitter offers complete 3-way isolation between power supply, input and output. The power supply is 95-265Vac/dc as standard. The RS-232 serial interface is standard.
