The pressure test pump LR-Cal LPP 700 is used to generate pressure for checking, adjusting and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments by comparative measurements. These pressure tests may be carried out in laboratories, workshop or on site at the measuring point. If the instrument to be tested and a sufficiently accurate reference measuring instrument are connected up to the test pump, the same pressure is applied to the two measuring instruments when the pressure test pump LR-Cal LPP 700 is operated. By comparing the two measure valuses at random pressure values, the accuracy can be verified or the instrument under test can be adjusted. Despite its compact dimensions, the pressure test pump LR-Cal LPP 700 is easy to operate and allows for exact generation of the required test pressures The LR-Cal LPP 700 is fitted with a fine adjustment valve for a precise adjustment of pressures. The reference instrument is screwd directly on the top of the pump and the unit under test is connected by means of the connection tube incorporating an adapter 1/4" BSP female thread (freely rotating), contained in the scope of delivery.

The TM Series Mass Flow Meter utilizes the Coriolis principle of operation to measure mass flow. Density and temperature are simultaneously monitored and volumetric flow is additionally calculated with these parameters. The TM Series is available with a direct mounted transmitter or in a remote mounted configuration. The TM Series can be used to meter nearly all liquid or gaseous media. Available in a variety of end connections, the TM can be used in many applications. The TM Series is also used for precise dosing applications.

The KOBOLD level switch of model NEK is a complete functional unit which is specially designed for monitoring conductive liquids under extreme conditions. Due to the design without any moving or protruding parts, the switches are very suitable for monitoring critical media with, for example, solid content, negligible density or high viscosity. The double-thread allows a variety of installations. The lengthof the shaft can be extended by attaching an additional protective tube. The instruments operate on the conductive principle of measurement. The conductive medium touches both electrodes causing a negligible alternating current to flow; the output state changes.
The plastic level switch NKP is designed for economical control of liquids in vessels. Many industrial applications can be realized with two different plastic versions each with three different mountings. The switch is remarkable for its maintenance-free design, small dimensions and reed contacts with high switch capacity.
The switch is mounted on the side of the vessel. A hinged plastic float with a magnet floats up and down through the liquid level. The encapsulated reed contact is operated by the magnet. The switching function (N/O contact / N/C contact) is determined by the installation position. The switching function is reversed by simply rotating the switch through 180°.
These high accuracy, high quality LED indicators are used for universal process, counting and frequency applications. The -T option includes process integration / totalisation function. These indicators can be applied to most process variables with analogue & digital inputs, such as the measurement & display of pressure, level, flow, frequency, DC voltages or currents & revolutions per minute. Options include linearisation, analogue output and set-points up to a total of four. The display & analogue output is rangeable from the front pushbuttons. Excitation is standard & is link selectable for 2-wire / 3-wire transmitters, encoders & potentiometer input. Selected options feature ‘Plug & Play’ technology, allowing option boards to be ordered separately & field fitted when required.

Configuration and field calibration is done via a notebook computer or desktop PC using user-friendly software available from our website. This transmitter offers complete 3-way isolation between power supply, input and output. The inputs are programmable to accept thermocouples of type J, K, N, R, S, T & W5, RTD’s of type Pt100 or Ni100, mV inputs up to 52mV, 0-20mA / 4-20mA inputs, volt inputs up to 10V, potentiometer inputs, and frequency inputs from NPN / PNP proximity switches. Integral 2-wire transmitter power is supplied as standard with the unit, as well as a precision reference for potentiometer inputs. The analogue output is programmable for 0-20mA / 4-20mA or 0-10V output. The power supply is 95-265V ac/dc as standard. The RS-232 serial interface is standard. The serial interface allows connections to remote computers and SCADA systems using DPM’s DIGIbus protocol. The RS-485 option allows up to 99 transmitters to be linked on the same bus. The unit can also accept an ASCII based serial input signal for conversion to an analogue output signal. The lineariser feature is standard and the user can select s-curve, sphere, square-root extraction or off (no linearisation)
The Model 9400 is a Miniature space saving 92 x 92 x 26 mm DIN rail mount AC/DC voltage dual channel process power supply. The Model 9400 is a Miniature space saving 92 x 92 x 26 mm DIN rail mount dual channel process power supply. The outputs are galvanically isolated from each other as well as the input power supply. The 9400 outputs are regulated to 24V +/- 5% and current limited to 38mA.
