The Calog DPM9500 is a miniature space saving DIN rail mount current / volt / potentiometer two-wire transmitter. The Calog DPM9500 accepts standard process inputs of 0(4)-20mA, 0-2V, 0-10V, 0-20V or potentiometer and converts them to a 4-20mA loop powered signal. The Calog DPM9500 also has an LED function for indicating the state of the loop (LED intensity indicates the amount of current flowing in the loop). The Calog DPM9500 can be ordered with or without the onboard loop power supply option.
The 9600 is a miniature space saving DIN rail mount loop powered isolator designed specifically to eliminate ground loop measurement problems. The unit generates an output current in a load which is the same as the input current but galvanically isolated. For high ambient temperature conditions, an optional special coated glass window is available.Typical applications include downtime, time and production control in large factories, the indication of load cell inputs / crane overload protection, process signals such as temperature, pressure, level, and AC or DC voltages and currents. For electrical specifications, input signal details, as well as the terminal connector assignments in the Extra Large Display, see the individual indicator operating manuals (e.g. Model 4001). Standard DPM indicators are used and internally fitted for the internal signal conversion for the Extra Large Displays. (Models ending in a 2)

The Model 9400 is a Miniature space saving 92 x 92 x 26 mm DIN rail mount dual channel process power supply. The outputs are galvanically isolated from each other as well as the input power supply. The 9400 outputs are regulated to 24V +/- 5% and current limited to 38mA. The 9400 outputs also contains an LED indication for correct operation or to indicate a current limit / short circuit condition. The 9400 also has a jumper setting to increase the current limit to 100mA per channel. The outputs can also be paralled together to increase the overall current if needed.

The DPM6004MF use the latest ARM microprocessor technology to offer a powerful, compact, field-mount unit that you can select for a variety of weighing functions at a cost-effective price. The main advantage to the user, servicing organisation or marketing company is having one electronic unit that can be used for almost any application in the weighing industry. A loadcell transmitter is used to convert loadcell outputs into a standard instrumentation analogue signal such as 4-20mA or 0-10volts, it will also supply power to excite one or more load cells. The 6004MF has many additional features such as displays for mass and programming, digital communications for direct connection to control computers and alarms. Our weighing electronics has always incorporated a recalibrate, zero trim and span trim feature. This is a simple way to set up a strain-gauge load cell system. All the variables, such as sensitivity and range, are inserted in the precalibrated section so that the system is reasonably accurate before adding test weights. The weighing system is then zero trimmed (back balanced) to offset the dead weight of weigh bin, weigh frame or weighbridge deck. With known test weights the system can be span trimmed to get higher accuracy. In some instances, such as very large weigh tanks where it is not possible to use test weights, pre-calibration using factory test certificates for loadcell sensitivity results in acceptable overall system accuracy. The ARM processor used incorporates a USB port and a real-time clock with day/date. We have made full use of these facilities and added an optional, factory fitted, global positioning system (GPS) to cater for such applications as on-board truck weighing, positioning and data logging. In refuse removal, some countries are introducing legislation for customers to pay by weight for this service. Farmers are starting to monitor crop production and fertiliser distribution by location to improve farming efficiency. Logging contractors need to load for maximum profit without incurring overweight fines. The unit is available as the DPM6004MF Multi-function unit -, a DPM6004LC - a load cell field mount transmitter and the DPM6004BW - a dedicated Belt weigher field mount transmitter.
