The SGR510/520 series torque sensors are suitable for torque measuring, testing, feedback control of drive mechanisms and process control applications.
The SGR series transducers use modern strain gauge signal conditioning techniques to provide a high bandwidth low-cost torque measuring solution with high over range and overload capabilities.
The AP10 position indicator with communication interface is used for monitored format adjustment to reduce setup times and increase machine efficiency. Readability is optimized for intuitive user prompting: The backlit display clearly shows the setpoint and actual value, and the two LEDs clearly indicate the direction in which the adjustment must be made. The IO link interface enables easy and reliable integration into modular machines
This ultrasonic level transmitter is intrinsically safe (IS) and CSA rated for Class I Division 1 hazardous areas in the US and Canada. It has a maximum range of 25 feet (7.62 meters) and is typically used for tank level measurement but can also be used for other hazardous area applications such as measuring the roll diameter on coating machinery. The transmitter sensing element is chemically resistant and the electrical connection is a two-wire loop-powered 4-20 mA output. The SafeSonic 25-L is pre-calibrated from 1 and 25 feet but can be user-calibrated to other ranges using optional accessories.
The level monitor model NSV has decisive advantages, especially with bulk goods with low bulk densitiy. Vibrations are induced in a stainless steel fork by a piezoelectric crystal. If the medium comes into contact with the vibrating fork, this vibration is damped. This damping is detected in a pluggable evaluation module and transformed into a potential-free limit contact. In addition to the standard version NSV-8200, the devices can also be provided for vertical installation with an extended neck pipe (NSV-8201). The maximum length of the neck pipe is 3000 mm. The plug-in evaluation module can be changed easily so that the devices are really easy to maintain. Operation can be set for maximum or minimum security by means of a selector switch (A and B). The respective switching status of the relay is indicated by a LED.
LEO Record is an autonomous battery powered instrument with digital display designed to record pressure and temperature over long periods. The pressure is measured and displayed once per second (shortest interval). The top display indicates the actual pressure, the bottom display shows the record status. All LEO Record versions have two operating keys. The left key is to turn the instrument on, to select the functions and the pressure units. The right key executes the selected function or unit.:
