With the new ratio pyrometer, the CSvision R2M, it is possible to provide precise non-contact temperature measurements from 250 °C to 1400 °C at variable distances. The novelty of the CSvision series is the switchable two-stage brightness reduction filter, which makes it easy to aim and focus on very bright objects.

The CSvision R2M has a temperature measuring range of 250 °C to 1400 °C, is also equipped with a motorised focus and has an optical resolution of 75:1 and a spectral range of 1.35 µm to 1.75 µm.

The ratio pyrometer can be used in adverse environments from 0 °C up to 60 °C without additional cooling. Due to the dual-channel measuring principle, the CSvision is largely insensitive to dust, steam and dirty viewing windows.
