The ToughSonic CHEM 35 ultrasonic sensor is designed for distance measurement applications where corrosive chemical liquids or gasses are present, but it is an excellent sensor for benign environments as well. With a maximum range of 35 feet (10.7 meters), it is the longest range member of the ToughSonic CHEM sensor family. The sensor is sealed in a PVDF (Kynar®) housing. It’s fully submersible, chemical resistant and shock resistant. The ToughSonic CHEM 35 has a permanently attached, potted-in-place 9-wire cable that allows up to six simultaneous serial, analog and/or switch outputs. It’s fully configurable with SenixVIEW configuration and analysis software.
