The ToughSonic CHEM 20 is an ultrasonic sensor designed for measurement applications involving corrosive chemical liquids or gasses, but it is an excellent choice for benign materials as well. With a maximum range of 20 feet (6.1 meters), it is the mid-range option within the ToughSonic CHEM sensor family. The sensor is sealed in a PVDF (Kynar®) housing. It’s fully submersible, chemical resistant and shock resistant. The ToughSonic CHEM 20 has a permanently attached, potted-in-place 9-wire cable that allows up to six simultaneous serial, analog and/or switch outputs. It’s fully configurable with SenixVIEW configuration and analysis software.
