The Series 1000 and 2000 are a range of extra large 3 to 5 digit LED array displays, 125 mm digit height, designed to be used in process / temperature / weighing applications where high visibility and distant viewing is required. Using high intensity wide angle LED's in an IP65 enamelled steel housing ensures clear viewing distances of greater than 50 metres. For high ambient temperature conditions, an optional special coated glass window is available. Typical applications include downtime, time and production control in large factories, the indication of load cell inputs / crane overload protection, process signals such as temperature, pressure, level, and AC or DC voltages and currents. For electrical specifications, input signal details, as well as the terminal connector assignments in the Extra Large Display, see the individual indicator operating manuals (e.g. Model 4001). Standard DPM indicators are used and internally fitted for the internal signal conversion for the Extra Large Displays. (Models ending in a 2)
The CALOG-TEMP, Multi-Function Temperature Calibrator is a high-precision, hand-held calibrator for the calibration and troubleshooting of process control instrumentation. The CALOG-TEMP simultaneously measures and sources ten types of thermocouples and seven resistance temperature detectors (RTD), whilst automatically capturing the calibration results. It measures milliamps whilst sourcing or simulating millivolts, TCs, RTDs or ohms to calibrate transmitters. The CALOG-TEMP logging facility stores data on the SD card supplied, which is easily downloaded to a PC via the onboard USB port and usable in most of the common spreadsheet formats. The trend feature is ideal for graphing temperature profiles and PID controller optimization with a programmable timebase. In addition, the CALOG-TEMP has the functionality necessary to install and maintain all powered and non-powered transducers using the built-in 24V loop power supply. The CALOG-TEMP is the economical choice for people wanting to do industrial field or workshop calibration.

The wireless mini-logger from MSR stores over one million measured values. By integrating it into a WLAN/WiFi network, the MSR145W2D can be used in practically any kind of measurement applications.
The WiFi data logger is an all-round talent when it comes to sensor technology: You can choose various internal sensors as well as up to five external sensors or connections. The FlexConnector offers the highest possible flexibility. The intelligent plug-in connection facilitates customer-specific adaptation of the desired FlexSensors.
No wiring costs and no time-consuming manual reading of measured values. Measured data can even be sent from places with difficult access. Integration either into an existing WiFi or via an access point, by means of mobile network access where required, into a separate wireless network.
When it comes to observing environmental conditions over a longer period of time, in many cases it is quite sufficient to transmit the collected data via WiFi once or twice a day. When configuring the MSR145W2D, you can set the time windows during which the data logger should connect to the WiFi network. The WiFi connection is thus only activated when it is needed – which has a positive effect on the battery life of the data logger.
With the MSR145W2D you have the option of using the MSR LocalCloud to store, manage and export the data either locally on your (company’s) own server or in the web-based cloud solution MSR SmartCloud. Via web browser you can view the measured values during operation.
In order to gain knowledge about the movement activity of dairy goats, MSR145W2D data loggers with acceleration sensors are used in a scientific research project. The loggers record the animals’ activities for 24 hours. The data transmission via WiFi takes place energy-savingly only once a day – when the goats are in the barn. This energy-saving data transmission allows the battery to run for more than 5 months. Should the WiFi connection fail, the data remain securely stored in the logger and can also be read out via USB.
For test measurements, it is often necessary to monitor measurement data in real time. In this case, the MSR145W2D is configured by the user so that the data is permanently sent to the WiFi network. Although the uninterrupted transmission of data results in higher power consumption, which affects the mobile operating time of the data logger, the data can be viewed immediately using MSR LocalViewer. For further processing, the measurement data can be sent to the cloud if required.
To determine load values, wireless MSR145W2D data loggers run along the production line at a beverage manufacturer. The measurement data is transmitted in real time via WiFi. Critical values are detected immediately. The recorded data not only help to gain insights into possible causes of increased wear in the production line, the implemented measures can subsequently be checked for their effectiveness with the data loggers
measurement rate up to 1000/s per channel · optionally temperature, humidity, air pressure, position and light sensors
Four integrated analogue inputs, a high measurement rate of 1000/s per channel and its gigantic memory capacity, all packed into a small format are the key characteristics of the swiss made MSR160 data logger.
The analogue inputs of the logger can be used for conventional sensors with analogue outputs (e.g. voltage, current, CO2 etc). The analogue inputs allow voltage and milliamp current to be measured at high data rates up to 1,000 readings per second. A multiple output switching power supply is also provided. Optionally, the MSR160 can be fitted with additional temperature, humidity, pressure, acceleration or light sensors.
The rugged but leightweight data logger records over 2,000 000 measurement parameters. With the optional microSD card you can expand the memory capacity to over one billion measurement parameters. All saved data can be rapidly transferred to a PC or laptop via the USB interface. The user-friendly data acquisition and analysis software is supplied free along with the data logger.
shock data logger with 2 acceleration sensors ±15 g and ±200 g · temperature, humidity, air pressure and light sensors available · stores 2 million total readings · air cargo approved
Whether it be to verify questions of liability, detect damage early or to optimise packaging: The MSR175 data logger accurately records critical transport events such as shocks, jolts or fluctuations in temperature, pressure or humidity and provides clarity with objective measured data.
The two digital 3-axis-acceleration sensors (± 15 g and ± 200 g) integrated in the MSR175 record shocks at a measurement frequency of up to 6400/s. The storage capacity of over 2 million measured values is sufficient to record at least 1,000 shocks (230 mAh Li-Po battery) or approximately 1,000 shocks (3.6 V, 7700 mAh Li-SOCI2 battery), depending on the type variant.
In addition, the transportation data logger measures and records temperature profiles from -20° to +65 °C. Further type variants of the MSR175 are available with internal humidity, air pressure and light sensors.
The software package for the MSR175 includes 3 programs: MSR175 Dashboard, MSR ReportGenerator and MSR ShockViewer. The MSR Dashboard allows you to configure the logger with just a few mouse clicks. The data recorded can be quickly transferred to a computer via the USB port. A single click on the MSR ReportGenerator is sufficient to call up a compact report. For a detailed measured data analysis, the MSR ShockViewer, which is integrated in the MSR175 software package as a free basic version, is at your disposal.
