Instrotech distribut the NAIS (Matsushito) range of products which includes miniature, low cost programmable logic controllers (PLCs), laser and infra-red proximity distance measurement. The small, din-rail mount PLC range is available with a variety of input/output (I/O) combinations. A full range of input and output extender options is available as well as matching power supplies and special modules such as internet interfaces. Programming is very powerful and is accomplished using supplied software, an RS232 connector and a notebook, or personal computer. A few of the other industrial electronic products in the NAIS range include infra-red and high resolution laser distance or thickness measurement and modular image checkers.
