LPP 30 Pressure Test System

These pneumatically-operated pumps generate pressures up to +35 bar/+500 PSI switchable to generate vacuum up to -0.95 bar/-28 inHG. Pressure tests can be undertaken in workshops, laboratories or on site at the measuring point.

Accuracies achieved are 0.025% FS to ±1.0% FS dependent on reference instruments used (an electronic calibrator, analogue or digital pressure gauge such as the Keller Leo 2 which is also available from Instrotech). The Leo 2 digital pressure gauges offer a measuring accuracy of 0.1 %. The reference instrument is screwed directly onto the top of the pump and the unit under test is connected via a tube incorporating an adapter ¼” BSP or NPT female port.

Extremely easy to operate, the unit incorporates a fine adjustment valve for precise pressure readings.With compact dimensions of 220 x 105 x 63mm and a weight of approximately 510 grams, the pump is made out of anodized aluminum, brass and ABS.

A rigid plastic case to ensure that the pump is protected from damage in included as standard with some additional fittings.
