The DPM5012 is a 5 ½ digit (-199999 to 999999) has uni-polar and bi-polar pulse / frequency inputs for counting, frequency / speed (dual channel), period, flow, timing, totalising and positioning applications. It can be used in conjunction with most standard pulse / frequency generating sensors. Sensor excitation is standard and the output voltage is link selectable.
Options include analogue output, alarm setpoints (up to 4 alarms), BCD output. RS-232 or RS-485 communications and many more. The display and analogue output is programmable from the front push buttons. Selected options now feature ‘Plug and Play’ technology allowing options boards to be ordered separately and field fitted when required
The DPM4004 load cell indicator is an easy-to-use precision programmable digital indicator for load cell & strain gauge applications. Inputs to the instrument include load cell input (6 wire) and two digital inputs for remote tare and remote peak hold reset (optional). The excitation includes sense feedback to compensate for cable voltage loss. Digital filtering for better stability and tare function is included as standard. Options include programmable analogue output, set-points (up to four alarms), peak or valley hold, RS-232/485 serial interfaces & more.
A feature of these programmable indicators is the calibration method. The instrument can be pre-calibrated without load cell connections for zero & full scale values, & then on-site calibration can be done for deadweight offset & span calibration (single point test weight trim).
The pyrometer optris CSmicro 3M has been designed for a temperature range from 50°C to 600°C. Its special spectral range of 2.3 µm makes it the ideal IR pyrometer for temperature measurement of metallic surfaces starting from 50°C and it allows for measurements through glass.

Technology: The Y-line transmitters have an extremely small temperature error. This is achieved using an additional circuit containing a temperature sensor that subdivides the temperature range into fields that are 1,5 Kelvin (K) wide. The TK zero and TK compensation values are calculated for each field and programmed into the additional circuit. During operation, these values are fed into the analogue signal path depending on the temperature. Each temperature is the „calibration temperature” for this transmitter. The accuracy thereof is mainly determined by linearity. 120 fields are available, representing a possible temperature range of 180 K. The wider the temperature range, the greater the amount of testing that is needed to minimise the inaccuracy of the mathematical model.
Flexibility: The extent of the vertical range of manufacture, the modular design and the programmable electronics make it possible to manufacture large, customer-specific batches. The pressure sensors (insulated measuring cells) are manufactured in large quantities and kept in stock. These are then welded into the required transmitter head, equipped with electronics and calibrated over the entire temperature and pressure range in systems with up to 1000 measuring stations. mPm connectors, M12 connectors, Packard connectors and cable connections are used as standard for the electrical connection. In the relative pressure version, the ambient pressure is led into the interior via cable or connector.
Outputs: A 2-wire (4…20 mA) or 3-wire version with voltage output is available as an output signal. For a ratiometric 0,5 to 4,5 V version, we refer to the KELLER Series 21 C product range.
EMC: The 21 Y product line is outstanding due to its extreme ruggedness towards electromagnetic fields. The limits of the CE standard are undercut by a factor of up to 10 with conducted and radiated fields.
