The new microscope optics for the optris Xi 400 infrared camera allows reliable temperature measurement on tiny objects from 240 µm.
In combination with a suitable stand, this enables professional measurement of printed circuit boards and components in the electronics industry. The measuring distance between camera and object is variable between 90 and 110 mm. The built-in motor focus allows for an easy focussing of the camera with the included PIX Connect software. Circuit boards are a core part of electronic devices. They keep getting smaller while having to be more powerful at the same time. Temperatures of assembled circuit boards can easily be measured with the microscope optics of the optris Xi 400 thermal imager, thus identifying overheated areas quickly and preventing possible defects.
The causes for excessive temperatures can be manifold: defective components, incorrectly dimensioned circuit paths or poorly soldered joints.

Series 22 DT was developed and homologated specially for use in so-called "bivalent" vehicles fitted with engines for combined natural gas/gasoline operation. The unconventional design with a small mass swept by the flow results in a fast response with temperature changes, the temperature being measured by an NTC or PT sensor located directly behind the stainless steel separating diaphragm. The same diaphragm transmits pressure via a capillary to a stress-free mounted silicon measuring cell.
The signal processing for pressure and temperature is carried out by an electronic module connected to the sensors by flexible conductors. Mounted to the back of the electronic module, which is directly connected to the 6-pole plug connector are the EMC protection components. A special feature is the immunity from interference from electromagnetic fields up to 200 V/m.
The Series 26 W transmitter utilises the Series 10 piezoresistive capsule, which is housed inside a submersible 316 L stainless steel body as standard.
For corrosive applications hastelloy diaphragms and other materials are available as options. Series 26 W vented gauge versions have cable with integral vent tube. These transmitters are fitted with durable PE cable.

The pressure transducers of the 9L series have a compact, robust housing made of stainless steel, giving them outstanding long-term stability for a range of OEM applications. The metal diaphragm is welded on front-flush and gap-free, separating off the piezoresistive pressure sensor, which is made of silicon, from the measuring medium. Every pressure transducer is measured over the entire pressure and temperature profile and is supplied with a detailed calibration sheet
Proven primary pressure standardDeadweight Tester / Pressure Balances are the most accurate instrument available on the market for the calibration of electronic or mechanical pressure measuring instruments. The direct measurement of the pressure (p = F / A), as well as the use of high-quality materials enable a very small measurement uncertainty, in conjunction with an excellent long-term stability of 5 years (recommended in accordance with German Calibration Service DKD/DAkkS).The deadweight tester / pressure balance has therefore been used for years in factory and calibration laboratories in national institutes, research laboratories and in industry.Stand-alone operationDue to its integrated pressure generation and the pure mechanical measuring principle, the model LR-Cal LDW-HK is ideal for on-site use for maintenance and service.Basic principlePressure is defined as the quotient of force and area. The core component of the model LR-Cal LDW-HK is therefore a very pecisely manufatured piston-cylinder-system, which is loaded with masses in order to generate the individual test points. The masses applied are proportional to the target pressure and this is achieved through optimally graduated weights. As standard, these masses are manufactured to the standard gravity (9.80665 m/s²), though the can be manufactured to a specific location (gravity) and also UKAS (DAkkS)-calibrated.Operating label for deadweight tester LR-Cal LDW-HKEasy operationThe integrated dual-area spindle pump enables rapid filling of the test system and smooth pressure generation up to 1,200 bar. At the same time, the precise adjustable spindle pump also serves for fine pressure adjustment. A control schematic for pressure generation on the instrument base facilitates quick and easy operation. As soon as the measuring system reaches equilibrium, there is a balance of forces between the pressure and the mass load applied. The excellent quality of the system ensures that this pressure remains stable over several minutes, so that the pressure value for comparative measurements can be read without any problems, or also so that more complex adjustments can be carried out on the item under test.
Due to their short measuring wavelength and the high temperature range of up to 2,200°C the pyrometers optris CT 1M and 2M are ideally suited for employment in high-temperature measurements of metals, metal oxides, and ceramics. The short measuring wavelength of the infrared pyrometers additionally decreases measuring errors during low or changing emission levels.
The small sensor head allows for easy installation in limited and cramped spaces. Moreover, it reliably measures temperatures even in ambient temperatures of up to 125°C.
The Series 41 X combines the ceramic measurement cell for low pressure ranges with the µP electronics of the digital Series 30 transmitter. The pressure values from the signals of the pressure and temperature sensors are determined by polynomial compensation (see reverse). The values can be displayed and stored on a PC via an RS485 interface and programming can also be carried out.
The transmitters are calibrated to the base range. The PROG30 software permits programming of the analog output signal in each section of the range within the base range (e.g. range 100 mbar. Output 4…20 mA for 20…60 mbar).
With KELLER RS converters K-100 Series, up to 128 transmitters can be hooked together into a bus system and read by means of a PC or laptop. READ30 software allows the current pressure of each transmitter to be read or the pressure activity of several transmitters to be recorded or stored whilst “on line”.
The infrared pyrometer optris CS LT is perfectly suited for temperature measurement in small and narrow environments. The robust measuring heads have been developed for use in temperature ranges from -50°C to 1,030°C and can be employed in ambient temperatures of up to 80°C without additional cooling.
The inexpensive IR pyrometers are perfectly suited for OEM solutions. They also work ideally for multiple employments of infrared measurement points.
The LR-Cal FLUID 200 is a portable stirred liquid bath (temperature calibrator). The instrument is suitable for calibrating temperature sensors and thermometers of all sizes, diameters and shapes, without the need of specifically drilled blocks. The calibration baths are perfect for checking and calibration of glass thermometers.
The pyrometer optris CSmicro LT HS sets new performance standards in the measurement of slightest temperature differences of 0.025 K. Due to the stainless steel measuring head, it is perfectly suited for installation in especially limited and cramped spaces.
The compact infrared thermometer measures precisely in a temperature range from -20°C to 150°C and is equipped with an intelligent LED display, utilizable as alarm signalization, target support, self-diagnosis or temperature-code display.

The DT722 is a ruggedindustrial relative humidity and temperature transmitter designed for process applications where accurate, stable measurement and control of humidity and temperature is required
This compact and innovative dry block temperature calibratior is expecially designed for field applications, robust and able to maintain high accuracy and stability in severe conditions such as offshore rigs and on board of vessels. The self contained unit is very compact, portable and light weight. The innovative forced air ventilation of model LR-Cal PYROS-375 greatly reduce the cooling time and prevents the sensors under test being exposed to excessive heating.
The new compact infrared camera optris Xi 410 combines all the benefits of infrared cameras and infrared thermometers.
The Optris Xi 410 has a fast Ethernet interface and can be powered by PoE. This allows for a simple installation, even if the distance from the PC is large. The built-in hot spot finder function can be used to reliably measure moving objects without having to reposition the camera. If the network connection is interrupted or if the connected PC has a problem, the camera immediately switches to the autonomous stand-alone mode which ensures a continuous measurement and alarm. Thus the reliability of problem detection (typically exceeding a threshold in the context of monitoring a fire outbreak) is maintained. Thanks to this unique feature, the Optris Xi 410 is ideal for all safety applications related to fire prevention, detection of critical hot spots, monitoring of industrial equipment and storage of all kinds.
The Optris Xi 410 incorporates a motorized remote focus, controlled by the free PIX Connect software. The resolution of the camera is 384 x 240 pixels with a frame rate of 25 Hz.
